#380 Boundary Guilt
Oct 06, 2025Setting boundaries in our most cherished relationships can be hard not just because we’re often doing something that may be new and requires courage, but because many of us feel so much guilt when our boundary is not received with glowing accolades but rather with pushback and frustration and even anger. And that guilt comes from two places – ourselves and others. Learning to manage our thoughts to create self-respect and courage rather than guilt is an important part of developing healthy relationships with those we love.
