Everything is Figureoutable
I love the idea that everything is figureoutable.
I think it's always been there, somewhere in my brain, but it's just been in the last few years that I've put words to the idea.
And you know what happens when we give words to something?
We give it life.
Because this is something that really resonates with me, I used to have my 8th grade students recite this with me at the beginning of every class:
I can do anything I put my mind to.
All I need to do is try.
And sometimes try again and even again.
But I will always figure it out.
Because my brain was created to solve problems.
And for every problem there is a solution.
Everything is figureoutable.
I love that I helped empower my students to believe in their brain's ability to solve problems.
And when I was reciting this with them, I noticed a shift in my own beliefs about me.
I felt much more empowered in my own ability to figure things out, to find solutions, to not give up.
I felt my own motivation to move forward increase and my resistance to learning new technology ease into believe.
So, not only am I believing even more that everything is figureoutable, I'm also believing more in the power of our brains to create what we think about.
Want to give it a try?
Print out this pdf and recite it out loud to yourself two or three times a day for the next two weeks.
I'd be super interested in hearing about the change this creates for you.
If you're ready to really start figuring out things in your life that have eluded you thus far, I've got you.
Want to dig a little deeper into this concept?
